What will it say on my billing statement?

Your billing statement will show as a charge from KOALACORE CLOTHING.  This will show as the name when you are placing your order on our website, and on your monthly statement.


Do I need a monthly subscription?

No!  Every single crate is a single purchase - you won't have to worry about being double billed or any surprise charges.


How discreet is shipping?

Very.  Every crate is shipped in a solid white shipping bag, and the return address says "KCrate LLC", it does not say Kush Crate anywhere on the outside of the package.  You could tell someone it's a package you got from eBay and nobody would question you!


Can I get a refund?

Yes!  Our crates are 100% guaranteed!  If you are unhappy with your crate, all you have to do is get in touch with us and we'll make it right!  You can return your unopened crate for a full refund within 30 days.


My tracking number doesn't work?

We pack and process crates at our own facility, and we also print the shipping labels at our own facility.  You get your automatic email when we print the label, but it then takes about another 24 hours for the US Postal Service to pick up your crate and scan it in.  You will not see any information in your tracking number until the post office scans it in.  If you don't see any information after 3 days, please let us know!


Can you ship to all 50 states?

Yes! Crates only come with a premium variety of tobacco smoking accessories.  As long as you are old enough to legally buy a pack of cigarettes, you can buy a Crate with no problems!


What if my glass breaks during shipping?

Just get in touch with us and let us know, we'll send you a new piece right away!


Is anything about this illegal?

Our lawyers say no!  Since we only sell premium tobacco accessories, there's nothing illegal to worry about :)


Can I change my crate?

Of course!  Just log into your account and select the type of crate you want - you can pick a new one each month!  Need some help?  Email us!
