Who Can Buy Weed In Nevada?
Anybody over the age of 21 can buy recreational marijuana in Nevada!  Even if you're a tourist from out of state.  If you live in Nevada, you only have to be 18 to purchase with a medical card.  This means that you can fly to vegas and hit the pot shop for an ounce of Blue Dream before you lose more money than you wanted to at the Flamingo.
What Are The Purchasing Limits?
Recreational users can buy up to one ounce of flower per visit, or an 1/8th of concentrate.  Honestly, that's not a bad deal, especially if you're just a tourist.

Where Can I Smoke Weed In Nevada?
Cannabis is to be used privately in Nevada.  It is illegal to smoke anywhere in public, on federal land, or in a vehicle.  Many hotels do not permit the smoking of weed either, but we all know there are ways to hide the smell.   Those caught violating public consumption laws in Nevada will be charged with a misdemeanor which is punishable by up to six months in jail, a fine of up to $1,000 or both. The ruling judge may assign community service in addition to or in lieu of both jail time and fines.
What Happens If I Smoke Marijuana While I Drive In Nevada?
If you're toking and driving in Sin City, you could get a hefty fine or some jail time.  You'll be given a DUI test, and your fate will be at the discretion of the officer you are dealing with.

What Happens If A Minor Smokes Pot?

Unless the minor has a valid medical marijuana recommendation, it is illegal for him or her to consume cannabis and cannabis-infused products and could result in a misdemeanor.

Those caught distributing marijuana-related products to minors are punishable with a minimum one-year sentence for first time offenses and up to life in prison (with potential parole after five years) for subsequent offenses.
